Where are your chillies grown?
All our chillies are grown on our farm in South Devon, England. We take pride in managing the entire process from seed to harvest to ensure the highest quality and heat levels.
How do you measure the heat levels of your products?
We use a heat scale ranging from 'Mild' to 'Extreme'. While we don't provide specific Scoville units for every batch, we provide detailed descriptions to help you choose the right level of spice for your palate.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak harvest or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your spicy treats as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship many of our sauces and dried products internationally. However, please check your local customs regulations regarding the import of seeds or fresh produce before placing an order.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
The vast majority of our sauces, jams, and dried chillies are vegan-friendly. We clearly label any products that contain allergens or animal derivatives, such as our milk chocolate range.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
