At South Devon Chilli Farm, we want you to be delighted with your spicy treats, but if something isn't right, we offer a straightforward return process for our sauces, seeds, and gifts. Due to food safety regulations, please ensure all food items remain unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure they reach our farm safely without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our South Devon address via a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
