Dried Ring of Fire Chillies (Home Grown)

Ring of Fire are an excellent, multipurpose, hot, cayenne-style chilli. Particularly great for using in Asian cooking, but they work well to bring a good dose of heat to any meal.

Either chop small and add straight into your cooking, or soak them first for a few minutes in very hot water.

Thanks to their long slender shape and deep red colour, they also look BRILLIANT in homemade chilli oil: Chilli Oil – South Devon Chilli Farm

These chillies have been grown, harvested & dried on our farm here in the UK.
