In the pack will be a mixture of seasonal chillies, we pick whatever is looking at its best but as it's a Lucky Dip, the chillies vary from pack to pack and we can't give you names and descriptions of the chillies - it could be anything from our entire crop, from mild to super hot.
Fresh chillies keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. All chillies freeze well and slicing and pickling is another way to preserve chillies.
